What are the tax benefits of making a donation as a French resident?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By making a donation to the IHU RespirERA, through our endowment fund, you can benefit from tax reductions <\/b>provided for under French law:<\/p>

For individuals:
<\/b>Your donation entitles you to an income tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount donated, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income. For example, a donation of \u20ac100 will really only cost you \u20ac34 after tax deduction. If this limit is exceeded, the excess can be carried forward to the next five years.<\/p>

For companies:
<\/b>As a corporate sponsor, you can deduct 60% of the amount of your donation from your corporate income tax, up to a limit of 0.5% of your sales excluding tax. If this limit is exceeded, the excess can be carried forward for up to five tax years.<\/p>

We will provide you with a tax receipt <\/b>at the end of your donation, enabling you to justify this benefit to the tax authorities.<\/p>
