Respiratory health: a major issue for the population of Nice
Breathing is natural, yet the health of our lungs now faces many challenges. Air pollution, chronic respiratory diseases, epidemics, addictions, environmental factors and lifestyles all influence how we breathe and our overall quality of life.
To raise public awareness of these issues,IHU RespirERA is organising a a public eventon Saturday 28 February 2026, from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, atEspace Laure Écard in Nice.
An open discussion for everyone
Designed as an open and accessible discussion, this event aims to meet the people of Nice, share knowledge about respiratory health, and present the missions and research carried out by IHU RespirERA.
The event will take the form of a round-table discussion, moderated by Ms Nancy Cattan, and will bring together several experts from IHU RespirERA.
This exchange will give everyone the opportunity to ask questions, better understand today’s key challenges in respiratory health, and collectively reflect on prevention strategies and future innovations.
